The Western Association partners with From Now On for powerful digital engagement solutions.
Newport Beach, CA – The Western Association of Professional Baseball Clubs (“WAPB”), an independent association of professional baseball clubs, has partnered with Omaha-based From Now On to deliver an all-encompassing mobile application to support its’ digital fan engagement strategies.
“The WAPB is excited first and foremost, to see light at the end of the tunnel and reintroduce our audience and targeted markets to our program, and to showcase all of the behind the scenes work that has been a tireless group effort during the past two years,” said Peter Young VP of Business to the WAPB Board of Governors. “In representing a league and its formation, it is our mission to change the game, without changing the game, and this partnership with From Now On allows us to achieve those goals by reimagining how our fans engage with and interact with our teams.”
After spending the past 18-months in a pandemic-forced hiatus, the Western Association, with its’ digital first approach spent this time exploring the latest in technological advances available in the sports industry, and chose to engage in this partnership with From Now On based on how their product and services met a variety of the League’s needs, including:

Each team of the league will feature a new custom-built mobile application developed exclusively by From Now On using their FanXTM Mobile Engagement Platform. The app will bring schedules, score alerts, live stats, athlete and coach profiles, venue information and promotional content and place it directly in the palms of our guests. In addition, the app will be the one stop location for the management of our guests digital ticketing, the ordering of food, beverage, and merchandise, as well as provide access to live in-game audio for our fans, and a real-time connection to social media feeds, post-game videos, interactive games and more. Best of all, the team apps will be free of charge to our fans, and available on both Apple and Android devices.
